Answer
Once you have contracted with Tech-Fast, your project
manager will immediately review the scope of the work with
various department personnel and establish a schedule for
your approval.
1. Design and submittal of plans takes about 3 - 6 weeks
depending upon the complexity of the
structures.
The permit approval process will vary between jurisdictions.
2. Upon release for production, you get the first load of
materials on-site, typically in 3 to 4 weeks.
3. Interaction between our two companies and/or your
general contractor is ongoing throughout the entire design,
material production and construction process.
4. Construction ranges from 3,500 to 5,000 sq ft per week.
We suggest you consult our
