Will my building conform to my local building code?
Yes, if the building is engineered with the correct codes. It is always your responsibilty to verify your local building code requirements to insure your building meets those requirements. You can receive your local building code requirements by contacting your local city or county building departments.

How do I find an Erector?
We work with a few specific companies that specialize in erecting self storage buildings nationwide. These companies have been put through a certification process to build ProfitSaver buildings. Please call us at 800-709-4440 to get a list of referrals that will work for you project.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes are possible. Keep in mind, depending on the change to the building and the time they are initiated they may incure more costs. We will always work with our customers to avoid additional costs if possible.

Where will my building come from?
We work with manufacturing plants/companies that have a nationwide supply chain so your material is never coming from very far. As opposed to manufactures with only 1 location our supply chain of nationwide plants means faster times and cheaper shipping costs for you.
