Peter Handford: Erector Coordinator, Project Manager
Peter has been involved with the "Storage" industry since 1991. For 7 years Peter had owned his own erection company which specialized in “Storage”. In 2002 Peter joined our Tech-Fast team where his primary responsibility is managing all labor for projects, as well as being a Project Manager. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge on all levels.

Gayle Connor: Project Manager
Gayle came to the Tech-Fast Project Management team in 2006. She has accumulated over 25 years experience in construction management. She successfully ran her own business specializing in concrete, structural steel, contract administration, managed complex projects at the private, state, and federal levels. With this diverse experience Gayle is not only capable of handling any complex issues inherent to construction projects – but she looks at each project with an owner’s eye.

Pete Slert: Project Manager
Pete joined the Tech-Fast Project Management team in 2006. He has brought with him 30 years of that precious “Field” experience. Pete has been involved in all aspects of the Self Storage Industry. He has been in the field to over- see Pre-Engineered Steel Building Erection, Structural Steel, Architectural Sheet Metal, various Metal Roof & Wall Systems, Retro-fitting Light Gauge Roof & Wall Systems. He has built solid relationships with our vendors and manufacturers over the years that allow him to look at your projects with a level of precision.

Bruce Strandberg: Project Manager
Bruce joined the Tech-Fast Project Management team in 2007. He is another one of our Project Managers that brings a vast amount of “Field” experience to managing projects. Bruce brings more than 30 years experience in the metal building and architectural sheet metal industry. He has been in the field as an erector, foreman, an assistant super-intendant and as a contractor, both union and non-union. Bruce has done pre-engineered buildings, structural steel, and architectural sheet metal. Bruce’s background has allowed him to be involved in all aspects of the trade from a grand scale - Qwest Field and Costco’s, to small projects, including mini storages.

Michael Cignetti: Project Manager
Michael recently joined Tech-Fast bringing with him nearly 20 years experience in project management. As a project manager/consultant for a security systems design & engineering firm, he managed numerous projects for large nationwide companies that included AT&T, Adobe, Lucas Films, and San Francisco State University. Michael owned a very successful construction management company which gave him an extensive background in sales and account management. Michael is currently studying green building design and is working towards his LEED certification.
