Deborah Langlow, Accountant, was the recipient of the 2006 Tech-Fast Employee of the Year Award.  Deborah was among several nominees submitted for consideration for the Award which is given annually to the employee exemplifying excellence in Customer Service.

Although with Tech-Fast for just 18 months, Deborah has been in the Accounting field for over 25 years with experience ranging from bookkeeper to accountant to office manager.  Her noteworthy recognition from her fellow employees as well as our Controller, Robert Truesdell, reflects a “consistent willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done”.  “Her personality is always positive with a smile on her face no matter how difficult her day has been”, said Truesdell.  “I believe she exemplifies the Tech-Fast Mission Statement (for service) with her customers, both internal and external.”

In the selection process, Committee Members noted, “Deborah has a ‘can-do’ attitude with a smile on her face.  She always offers to help whenever there is a question or problem even if it’s not in her direct area of responsibility.  All of her co-workers appreciate her approach to problem solving and she loves the challenge of her position.”

Deborah has also been nominated several times for Employee of the Month.
