Craig Brown, Senior Project Manager for Tech-Fast Self Storage Buildings, has been selected as the Employee of the Year for 2005.  He was chosen from several nominations presented to the company’s Employee Recognition Committee, which recognizes employees that reflect notable Customer Service on a superb level.

Mark Duncan, President, nominated Craig for the award because of his consistent service performance that exemplifies valued company relationships with clients.  “Craig’s ability to work with a wide range of client types and high complexity projects reflect his knowledge in scheduling, technical issues and procedures as well as his commitment to customer satisfaction”, reflected Duncan.  “He is a self-directed project manager that values long term relationships with clients which results in a great deal of repeat and referral business to the Company.  Additionally, Craig shares his years of experience with his fellow employees on a daily basis which further reflects his commitment to team performance.”

Craig has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and joined Tech-Fast in 1999, bringing with him his experience in General Contracting as a Commercial Superintendent, and then Project Manager.  He was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2003.
