Meet the Tech-Fast Sales Team
The Tech-Fast sales team is led by Mike Hayes and consists
of long-time members Paul Lentz and Dave Comfort, who have
now been joined by Bob Holz, Vince High and Angie Guerin.
The three new members come from within the Tech-Fast
organization, and are eager to put their various skills to
work for your benefit.
Paul Lentz has been a sales representative
for Tech-Fast for three years, but has been evaluating
self-storage sites and selling construction services for
more than eight years. His extensive self-storage experience
enables Paul to help customers build a successful facility
from the ground up. "I really enjoy helping a customer
throughout the process, from site selection to leasing up
their project," says Paul. Paul operates from Tech-Fast's
office in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and services the Northeast
and Great Lakes regions.
Dave Comfort joined Tech-Fast in 1998 as an
accounting manager and has been a member of the sales team
for more than two years. His extensive background in finance
and accounting enables Dave to help his clients achieve
their financial and ROI goals. "My combination of financial
skills and self-storage construction experience really gives
my clients an advantage; my goal is to help them get their
building constructed, and I can help them do it in a way
that's going to achieve the best return on their
investment." Dave's territory covers the Pacific Northwest,
Alaska and western Canada.
Bob Holz is new to the sales team, but has
spent 11 years building his self-storage skills with
Tech-Fast. He's been a designer, project manager, estimator
and network and systems manager, and now Bob is ready to put
all those skills to work for the direct benefit of Tech-Fast
customers. "I have completed many self-storage site layouts
over the years, so I have a good feel for the most efficient
way to utilize a piece of property to maximize a project's
profitability," Bob says. Bob is proud of his new role with
the Tech-Fast team, which he describes as, "the most
professional, organized building vendor in the industry."
Bob is putting his skills to work for customers in
California, Nevada and Hawaii.
Vince High is now a full-time member of the
sales team, relinquishing his former roles in inside sales
and contract coordination to Adam Lundberg. Vince, who has
been with Tech-Fast since 2000, has more than six years
experience in self-storage project development and
management and an additional three years experience in
pre-engineered metal building sales and estimating. "I treat
my customers as if I am investing in their project with
them," says Vince. "I strive to see their project succeed."
His territory includes the South, Southeast and Southwestern
states.
Angie Guerin has been with Tech-Fast for
more than three years. She has held a variety of positions
within the company, including project management and sales
support roles, and earned her promotion to the sales team
through her positive attitude and focused attention to
customer service. As Angie says, "My goal is to ensure that
customers are satisfied with their completed project and
that the service they get from Tech-Fast is unmatched in the
industry." Angie's territory covers the Midwest and
mid-Atlantic states.
