Interstate Storage in Livermore, California is a one of a kind story. It offers both enclosed and covered storage for boats and RVs and four multi-story buildings for personal and commercial clients. Interstate Storage is a Class A facility with top-notch amenities for its customers. When storing their goods or picking up their boats, customers are more likely to feel like they are driving into a Napa Valley winery than a storage facility.

The city of Livermore required adherence to many strict design conditions before giving their consent. The most notable was the winery appearance which was brought to life and executed perfectly by the architectural team. The multi story buildings were designed to look like wine barns, including a steep roof slope, trellises, and even 20 foot faux barn doors surrounded by rock arches. This unique look will most likely attract by mistake those looking to go wine tasting as it is right off of Interstate 580 and surrounded by much of California’s premier wine country. The architectural review board of Livermore also required the building of a bike path and horse trail to surround the property. Many bicyclists have been seen on the path, but up to the time this article was written no horses had yet been spotted.
